The Riverside Arts Centre
The Riverside Arts Centre (RAC) is a registered charity (272929) and is managed by the committee comprising of four elected directors and nominated members of each of the groups using RAC. The Chairperson of the Sunbury and Shepperton Arts Association (currently Moira Edwards) is also a director of RAC. The Management committee meets at approximately 6 week intervals and the annual general meeting is held in July.

Riverside Arts Centre Club
The RAC club is a separate entity within RAC and operates the bar at RAC. It has its own management committee and each group is invited to nominate a bar representative who, from time to time, will run the bar at an event. The club holds its AGM immediately following the AGM of the RAC. It donates its profits to RAC.
